Privacy Policy

HR Skills® may request personal information from you in order to complete a transaction, for example, your name, phone number(s), physical address, shipping address (if different), email address, credit card number, and expiration date, or to complete the registration form and/or create a user name and password. Other information may be collected at individual points of sale. Typically, your information will be used to execute the immediate transaction and will be provided to other parties only as necessary to complete your transaction. HR Skills® may contact you via email in the future to send you service updates, promotional communications, and survey requests. You will have the ability to opt-out of these types of communication via an ‘opt-out’ at the end of each email. HR Skills® will not provide any of your personal information to third parties without your permission and we will not sell any personal information to third parties for purposes of marketing, advertising, or promotion.

HR Skills® is the sole owner of the information collected on HR Skills®. HR Skills® collects personally identifiable information from our users at several different points on our Web site.

Communications from the Site

Customer Service

Based upon the personally identifiable information you provide us, we will send you a welcoming email providing your username and password. We will also communicate with you in response to your inquiries, to provide the services you request, and to manage your account. We will communicate with you by email or telephone, in accordance with your wishes.

Form Submission

You will be asked to provide personal information like your name and email address to obtain free content, subscribe to our mailing/blog list, and to receive promotional codes. In addition to granting you access to the requested content, we may send you additional marketing communication. You will have the ability to opt-out of this type of communication at any time.

Information Sharing and Disclosure

Aggregate Information (non-personally identifiable)

We may share aggregated demographic information about our user base with our partners and advertisers. This information does not identify individual users. We do not link aggregate user data with personally identifiable information.

HR Skills® websites employ use of Google Analytics in order to improve your experience. Google’s Privacy Policy may be reviewed at https://privacy.google.com. When you visit HR Skills® websites, Google’s servers automatically record information that your browser sends whenever you visit a website as log data. This log data includes information such as your IP address, browser type or the domain from which you are visiting, the websites you visit, and the search terms you use. For most users accessing the Internet from an Internet service provider, the IP address will be different every time you log on. We use log data to monitor the use of the websites and of our service, and for the websites’ technical administration. We do not associate your IP address with any other personally identifiable information to identify you personally.

We use session cookies to make it easier for you to navigate our site. A session ID cookie expires when you close your browser.
